321 Properties Group operates Digital BRRRR, a market research and keyword analysis application for local-service and real-estate marketing research. This policy explains how Digital BRRRR handles information when an authorized user connects Google services.
GOOGLE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
For Google sign-in, Digital BRRRR may receive the account email address, basic profile information, and account identifier made available by the OAuth permissions shown to the user. Digital BRRRR does not receive the user's Google password.
GOOGLE ADS DATA
When a user authorizes Google Ads access, Digital BRRRR may access the Google Ads account information and API data needed for its keyword research and market analysis features. This may include customer identifiers, keyword ideas and planning information, estimated search volume, competition and bid estimates, geographic settings, and related advertising metrics. The Google Ads permission shown during authorization is broader than keyword planning alone; Digital BRRRR's described research feature uses the data to analyze demand, keyword opportunities, advertising economics, and locations. It does not place ads or change campaigns as part of that research feature.
SEARCH CONSOLE DATA
If a user authorizes a Search Console connection and the feature is enabled, Digital BRRRR may read Search Console properties and reports available to that Google account. Depending on the feature used, this may include verified property identifiers and URLs; search queries and pages; date, country, device, and search-type dimensions; clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position; and sitemap or URL inspection information. Search Console information is used to review organic search visibility, indexing, and site performance for the user's own property or a property the user is authorized to access. Search Console access is read-only. A connection is not used to access properties the Google account cannot access.
HOW WE USE GOOGLE DATA
Google data is used to provide the requested Digital BRRRR research, reporting, and analysis features to the authorized user. It is not sold, used for advertising or retargeting, used to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to the feature for which it was authorized.
PROCESSING, STORAGE, AND RETENTION
Google data is processed when needed to retrieve the requested report or analysis. Digital BRRRR may temporarily retain Google-derived information when needed to display results, generate reports, maintain user-requested records, or protect the service. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required for security or legal obligations; we do not promise a fixed retention period for every data type. OAuth tokens, if retained to maintain a user-authorized connection, are treated as confidential credentials and used only to make the authorized API requests. They are not published or shared for unrelated purposes.
SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not sell Google data or provide it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We may use infrastructure or service providers to operate Digital BRRRR. They may process Google data only as needed to provide services to 321 Properties Group and subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security of the service. We do not permit other users to access a user's Google data through Digital BRRRR.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google data and authorization credentials from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to what is needed to operate, support, or secure the service. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
RETENTION, REVOCATION, AND DELETION
A user can revoke Digital BRRRR's Google access through the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future API access but does not by itself erase information already retained by Digital BRRRR. To request deletion of information associated with Digital BRRRR, email david@321propgroup.com and identify the account or information to be deleted. We will delete or de-identify information we control, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies in protected backups, which are retained only as needed for recovery and are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
GOOGLE API LIMITED USE
Digital BRRRR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google data except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features with the user's consent, for security, to comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by that policy.
CHANGES
We may update this policy when our practices or Google API features change. The current version and update date will appear on this page. If a change requires renewed Google authorization, the user will be asked to consent before the new access is used.
